Fractionner les repas<\/h3>\n<p>Un laps de temps trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 entre chaque repas peut accentuer les naus\u00e9es de grossesse. Il faut \u00e9viter de rester trop longtemps l\u2019estomac vide. Il peut \u00eatre recommand\u00e9 de manger plus souvent, mais en plus petites quantit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>3. \u00c9viter la nourriture grasse, sucr\u00e9e, \u00e9pic\u00e9e\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Surveiller son alimentation est \u00e9galement important pour \u00e9viter d\u2019avoir des naus\u00e9es. Les plats trop gras, trop sucr\u00e9s et trop \u00e9pic\u00e9s ont tendance \u00e0 causer des haut-le-c\u0153ur, en particulier chez la femme enceinte. Afin de ne pas alourdir l\u2019estomac, il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de privil\u00e9gier des aliments plus neutres.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Dormir suffisamment<\/h3>\n<p>Le repos aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les naus\u00e9es pendant la grossesse : l\u2019\u00e9tat naus\u00e9eux peut prendre plus d\u2019ampleur avec la fatigue, le stress ou le manque de sommeil. Il faut donc penser \u00e0 se reposer et \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre suffisamment.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Bien s\u2019hydrater mais en dehors des repas<\/h3>\n<p>Pendant la grossesse, il est essentiel d\u2019\u00e9viter toute d\u00e9shydratation ! Il est ainsi conseill\u00e9 de boire par petites gorg\u00e9es tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en dehors des repas : cela \u00e9viterait d\u2019accentuer les naus\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Fuir les odeurs fortes<\/h3>\n<p>Enceinte, l\u2019odorat de la femme est plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. C\u2019est pourquoi certaines odeurs peuvent \u00eatre plus d\u00e9rangeantes que d\u2019accoutum\u00e9 : le parfum, les aliments, le tabac\u2026 Pour ne pas encourager les naus\u00e9es, mieux vaut les \u00e9viter !<\/p>\n<h3>7. Prendre l\u2019air et \u00e9viter d\u2019avoir chaud<\/h3>\n<p>Les endroits chauds et confin\u00e9s ont tendance \u00e0 amplifier les risques de naus\u00e9es. \u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, il est important d\u2019ouvrir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les fen\u00eatres pour renouveler l\u2019air. Il est aussi conseill\u00e9 de sortir s\u2019a\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<h3>8. R\u00e9duire sa consommation de caf\u00e9 et de th\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Le caf\u00e9 et, dans une moindre mesure, le th\u00e9 contribuent souvent \u00e0 accentuer les naus\u00e9es. C\u2019est d\u2019autant plus vrai chez la femme enceinte !<\/p>\n<h3>9. Consommer du gingembre et du citron<\/h3>\n<p>Le gingembre poss\u00e8de des vertus anti-naus\u00e9es : ses bienfaits sont reconnus par l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9. \u00c0 consommer frais, confit, en poudre, en infusion\u2026 Tout comme le citron, le gingembre est recommand\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9venir naturellement les naus\u00e9es durant la grossesse.
